Anyone else apply?
I just started looking and found that they do lotteries in PA & KY for elk. I believe (not up yet for this year) that PA is $15 and KY is $10 ea for antlered and antlerless. I sent in my $20 to KY - waiting to do the PA one when available.
Already applied for NH Moose 2017 and VT will be out in April if memory serves - even threw $15 at ME for a bonus point (I can't go there again till 2020).
