SKOWHEGAN, Maine — An elderly Skowhegan woman told an intruder she had a gun and "every bullet in it," scaring him off, a longtime friend told the Morning Sentinel.
The woman, who is in her 70s, was watching TV in her living room when she heard a noise and investigated, according to the newspaper. When she entered the kitchen she saw a man attempting to unlock her door. When she made the threat he reversed course and left the way he came, the paper reported.
