EFA10 MIRCS issue?

Anyone have an issue trying to do a personal transfer today using the EFA10? Tried to transfer a pistol from a buddy to me and it would not accept either of our information. Our LTCs are not new and we had correct PIN numbers.

Just did one 3 hours ago.
PIN number for seller and birthdate for buyer.
no problem

As seller...just fill in LTC number and pin...do not fill in last name and birth date of seller.

^^^ This, if you fill in all 4 bits, it will barf at you.

I was buying a gun from another NES'r when we ran into this. Since neither of us CAREFULLY read the online instructions, he filled in all 4 bits of info and came up with an error statement. I didn't spot it either and finally I had to make a phone call directly to Michaela to get set straight that we had failed to carefully read the directions! That was embarrassing.
