EAA Witness Mass Compliant?

I saw a used one for sale at a local gun store, and I was wondering can we buy new ones here in Mass? They look like CZ pistol knock-offs. Anyone had any experience with them?

I like the gun except racking the slide for me is a bitch, I cant seem to get a good grip on it.
