E-FORM 1 question

I'm filling out the form 1 on the ATF eform site and ran into something that I'm not sure of. When you get to the part about adding a firearm, it asks for a manufacturer. I assumed I *my trust) would be manufacturing this item, but I wanted to make sure. They aren't expecting the manufacturer of the lower receiver are they?

your trust is manufacturing it, but you do need to include make/model.
