This because ammo cannot go air. It needs to go ground at all times whether you use FedEx or UPS. Some years back I was shipping Sta-Bil by UPS and I had to ship ground only. It took a while to get to Texas but still within a week.I have shipped some ammo lately. When I went to UPS they asked the contents and had to call the hazmat department for an authorization code, so I don't think you can have it picked up. Also, I was recently at one of those business that also sends UPS packages. They indicated they could not send ammo from there. I think you are stuck physically going to a UPS counter.

I've shipped shitloads of ammo, for classes or to reload my daughter, UPS and FedEx, always with pickup at my house, scheduled through my (free to sign up) online account. Usually FedEx is cheaper (because I get a discount), but I like to compare.I have shipped some ammo lately. This, seriously what extra are you making? $50, $200? I hope UPS loses it!I think you are being the skinflint, for not just selling it locally for less than you would get on gunbroker. You should be willing to get less money whilst serving your local compatriots.
Skinflint is as skinflint does.
Speaking metaphorically of course. No, this is capitalism, not welfare.
In a war selling needed supplies is treason.
This is absurd and smacks of socialism.I think you are being the skinflint, for not just selling it locally for less than you would get on gunbroker. You should be willing to get less money whilst serving your local compatriots.

If you are unhappy about the price a vendor is asking for a product you can exercise your right to not buy the product.
Reptile is doing what any smart businessman would do. Minimize costs of doing business, including labor, time, packaging, and shipping. He is also smart to identify the best market to offer his product. EVERY SUCCESSFUL SALES BUSINESS follows these basic practices.

The UPS store goofed and did not follow corporate policy for the franchise.I just shipped my M&P back to Smith and Wesson from UPS store. I declared what it was. No problem
How do I get my local driver to stop by my house and pick up outgoing ammo?
The UPS service center is 45 minutes away and not worth the drive.
Ammo being sold on GunBroker is going for a fortune and it's all getting bought up.

If they are going to be $1.50 p/rd the skinflints on NES should be PMing me now.
I goofed. It was FedEx, FedEx store took it. I just remembered as I got the email from FedEx this morning that SW shipping it back. The UPS store goofed and did not follow corporate policy for the franchise.

I would sell to local customers (1 mile from home) but I can make 20% more if sell on GunBroker.
The customers on GunBroker even pay for shipping without endless emails and meeting coordination.
But, I sure as hell am not going to drive 1.5 hours round trip to ship.
It's a sellers market and pretty soon with the new taxes on ammo being proposed by Harris - the demand is high.
Especially for Winchester White Box USA in 9mm and 45 and premium investment grade Federal Lake City 5.56 XM193 and NATO XM855 Green Tip.
FedEx would be much better than UPS since they are closer - even closer is Staples - if they accept ammo.
Take a few minutes to look up how to ship ammo through UPS or Fed ex probably take you less time than the Clickbait stuff you post constantly. Then if you have trouble finding a place to ship it ask some business people up that you might know that get daily pick ups or shipments out if you have a business account they’ll probably take it. I’ve had a local business that gets daily drop offs and deliveries out ship out ammo follow me in the past it all depends who’s working there in the businesses policy best thing to do is find a gun friendly business owner. You might even get a better price on shipping. How do I get my local driver to stop by my house and pick up outgoing ammo?

Asked my route driver today and he said he would take orm-d packages and said sure, then he said he didn’t know what what they were so he’s gonna ask his boss later. My work in Hopkinton is a scheduled pick up account. UPS stops twice a day. Lots of companies and hardware stores are the same way but don’t advertise public pick up or drop off. I’ll ask my driver tomorrow if he would ship out ammo for me if he can legally. I’ll report back tomorrow what he says.
