I'm trying to get a hold of some paper FA-10's for a build I'm trying to complete. My local PD does not have any, and when I called the FRB they just kept trying to convince me to use their POS online system. They said they would send me some in the mail, but I'm guessing at this point it was just lip service. Does anyone have a lead on these? Thanks.

Print out the FA-10 from the links provided in this thread, fill out with crayon, and put in the mail. The moment you drop the envelope in the mailbox, you have complied with the law and your all set.

Printed out FA-10s are no longer accepted. See the letter, linked below, to GOAL from the Director of the Firearms Safety Bureau. You must use the original 3 part FA-10 or use the on-line E-FA-10 version. Good luck finding the paper FA-10 forms. http://www.goal.org/Documents/fa_10_letter.pdf
