Does Anybody Local Do Hot Bluing?

This has probably been covered numerous times, but I did a search and came up empty.

Is there anybody in the area that does rebluing? Specifically, hot bluing a rifle barrel. One of my co-workers picked up an old .22 rifle that he'd like to have reblued and is looking for a place to have it done.
