sorry , couldn’t figure out how to paste & copy article

besides being against the law, isn’t this against the Hippocratic oath they take?

they should loose medical license, or at the minimum, the right to prescribe IMO

Every doctor that I have ever dealt with sucked. They get way too much respect without earning it. A few days ago I saw one on TV being interviewed in a studio, he was wearing a white coat and a sthetescope, looking very important. Sad fact is that most of the public think that he is a genius. I see a fraud in a white coat [puke]

I called my Pulmonologist today and asked about getting a script for adding O2 to my CPAP. He asked why? I said I heard it would be a "good idea".
He said, "Oh, that won't help." I then asked "Would it hurt?" he said "No?!" He told me to call back in a few weeks about a sleep study to determine "need"...

Yeah, right. I'm "on it"... [rofl2]

That's how they need to be spoken to.
Keeps them honest.

Good doctors are busy practicing medicine, not seeking out TV cameras.

I'm kind of a pepper I guess. I have enough food to feed me and the wife for about 6 months, maybe a month or two more if we are careful. I have enough ammo to last the rest of my life and we keep cash in a safe. We have a well so water isn't an issue and we can make heat and hot water with wood. About the only thing we would have to leave the house for is medicine. We switched to Escripts a while back but if that stopped wed be screwed. So we began hoarding. One of my med I take three times a day, but ten days a month I just take two, so I save ten a month. After doing that for a while I stored up 3 months of med so far. I'll keep doing it until I get six months worth.
My meds are for pain and inflammation so skipping one here or there won't kill me, but going for a few days would suck. Moral of the story is, don't get sick. But if you do save up some med for the next Chinese lockdown.

Good GP's are good as gold
Bad GP's are expensive cuz you get 3 seconds with them 1x/year and they dont pay attention/treat you as an individual

Good friend had flu/bronchitis.....shes had it before......simple formula.....ZPack and Cough medicine

Told Md when she saw her and also noted that she's allergic to Pennicillin......Md ignores her and insists on RX that is in same family.....would not be talked out of it......INSISTED that she give it a try.....couple days later when full body hives predictably started they have a heated discussion via receptionist and boom......ZPack and cough medicine script are called in.

I get that we dont always get to dictate course of treatment but for dogs sake would it hurt for some of these moron md's to fooking listen?

So in the end harm is done, she's got to cope with respiratory shit AND hives/allergic reaction.....cuz md wouldnt listen

Finding a good GP is a process.....totally sux.....but once you find them they are a life saver literally

My wife in an RN/MSN. She deals with these pompous a**h***s on a daily basis. Jill has the patience of a saint. No way in the world would I be able to cope with such bullshit long-term!

Its not their fault you're a crusty old boomer with no friends and no family members smart enough to be doctors.

I know a general surgeon in Chicago who is also a SWAT LEO who does entries in a stack. I showed him Hey Jackass on Chicago shootings and his SWAT units shoots a few but his surgery department sees many of the survivors.

Cop-haters & MD-haters gotta be tweaking by now... 😅

Some are pretty good. One who I got along really well with told me I was the only patient he ever had who knew what the JIRR is.

I'll bet they put him at the back of the stack so he will be able to help if any at the front get whacked.

Coincidence that mine is also RN/MSN. A few times when I needed a specialist and was picking one I asked her about what so an so was like. She was real quick to tell me which ones were the pompous a**h***s and which ones were decent people. Also would include whether the pompous a**h***s and the nice guys were good or bad medically. It's good if you can get "not a pompous a**h***" and "good medically."

Nothing says small minded like being prejudice against an entire group of people.

Posts like many of the ones in here are what give gun owners a bad reputation. Really sad to see.
