Do you need an Old Version??

It's pretty sweet. You can pick up old versions of programs if you need one for some reason or another.

Give IrfanView (freeware) a try. After trying it, I never went back to ACDSee and that was years ago.

I use IrfanView on my laptop (since I had to rebuild the hard drive a few months ago). I still like ACDSee, though. Just not the new version. I use version 3.1.
