$59 for an NFA Gun Trust from 199trust.com (70% Off)

http://www.gearhog.com/?did=68745&rf=724594

199Trust.com is a document creation service that creates NFA Gun Trust documents at the specific direction of our customers. 199trust has become a leader in helping people create these documents, and is the leader in affordability, historically these types of documents cost gun owners $500 or more to create. However please know 199trust.com is not a law firm and cannot/does not provide legal advice, if you need legal assistance or are unclear of the laws in your state, you should contact a local lawyer before purchasing the Trust documents.

Here are a few of the many popular reasons that make our customers want to setup a Trust for themselves:

1. They want the ability to have multiple people (Co-Trustees) to be allowed to use the items that are placed in the Trust.

2. They do not want to have to do fingerprint cards

3. They do not want to hassle with getting their Chief Law Enforcement Officer's (CLEO) signature

4. They want to have a clear written plan (similar to a Will) of who will be beneficiaries of the Trust and a plan for distribution. Please visit 199trust.com or call us at 888-442-4307 for more information about our service.

Once you have placed your order you will be sent a link to complete the Trust form in your Gear Hog receipt email

For the people who feel comfortable with doing this, probably a great deal. Personally I had questions that I couldn't find answers to anywhere. By having my trust drawn up by a lawyer, I also have free access to him to answer any questions. A lawyer worked better in my situation. Jmho ymmv

Use Rock Maple. NES member, 299 flat fee and if you have any questions, extras ect, he will get back to you asap. No bs at all. All done by a lawer. I did it with him, i had it in hand in two days

I'd like to see the difference between what this place and others alike (Coyote, NFA trust.com,etc) compare to a DIY such as Rocket Lawyer or legal zoom for the same living trust document.

I used Coyote, had the trust in about 15 minutes. Called and asked a couple of questions, (not legal questions, but why most things were in duplicate, whether it needed to be witnessed AND notorized ) and the were very helpful. Submitted it for an SBR and had it approved in 41 days, no hitches.

Are there any upkeep fees or anything similar when owning a trust? Anything one should be aware of that may come up down the road? I'm totally ignorant on the topic.

no, there are not. not for the type of trust you get from these sites. if it's a different type of trust rather than a revocable one there's some other cash stuff attached with the .gov.

As far as I'm aware, all of the major DIY NFA trust vendor sites provide trusts that will be approved by the ATF (not that that's much of a hurdle, however). Some of the sites provide more customization than others, and some are more comprehensive.

For those looking for the most comprehensive and customizable DIY trust available without consulting with an attorney, another option is NFA PRO http://nfapro.com. Using discount code "NES10OFF", you can get a comprehensive and customized NFA trust delivered instantly for $85.
