Digging in the wood pile again.

I came on this M1 take off stock. I had forgotten I had this on my last M1 build. I have one more receiver and parts set and was thinking should I use this one or just hang it on the wall.

I recall it came of an oroginal M1 CMP or DCM rifle set and the owner had put the scoped rifle in a laminated after market stock and his son had sold the rifle just days after Dad passed on. I got it off the wife at a yard sale in the mid 1980s.

Or sell it for a reasonable price to someone whose CMP "correct" grade gun they bought in the last 10 years came with a repro Boyd stock. wink wink. Ha.
