Karl Rove gave interview to a German magazine Spiegel. It was published today:

DER SPIEGEL: Who is the Democrat with the best chances of defeating Donald Trump?

Rove: My personal view is that Joe Biden is the most dangerous of the Democrats if he could win the nomination. He's a little goofy, a little weird. He can't put two sentences together, but he's sort of a normal Democrat. He could stand up and take back that 8 to 12 percent of the vote that will decide the election. The voters could look at him and say, "Look, our country will be OK with him as president. Uncle Joe can do that."

DER SPIEGEL: Can a moderate conservative like you seriously vote for Donald Trump in 2020?

Rove: Oh yeah.

DER SPIEGEL: Why?

Rove: There are conservatives in Britain who don't like what Boris Johnson is doing, but when they look at a socialist like Jeremy Corbyn, they know it will be worse. Same here. The Republican base will be strongly with Trump. And some voters who are up for grabs in 2020 can bring themselves reluctantly to vote for him because they think that Elizabeth Warren or Bernie Sanders are worse. And they are.

Along with Reps. Ro Khanna (D., Calif.) and Barbara Lee (D., Calif.), Sanders and Warren are scheduled to speak Wednesday evening with members of the National Iranian American Council (NIAC). The group played a central role in what former Obama national security adviser Ben Rhodes called the administration's pro-Iran Deal "echo chamber," spinning journalists, lawmakers, and citizens.
....
NIAC has deep ties to Iran's regime, including senior officials like Foreign Minister Mohammad Javad Zarif. Zarif worked closely with NIAC founder Trita Parsi, who, in turn, consulted with the Obama administration.

NIAC....here's their research director exposing the hatred career US officials have for Trump:

Over the past few days, I've spoken extensively with career U.S. government officials as they've worked around the clock to try and mitigate the damage from Trump's ineptitude on Iran. With their permission, I'm sharing a small taste from our lengthy conversations. Enjoy.

"We have no functional national security decision-making process in place. We have no plan for what comes next. They are woefully unprepared for what's about to pop off, and they're too stupid to realize it. People here are freaking out, and rightfully so."

"I'm gonna call you later tonight to talk through this so I can go into meetings tomorrow armed with some sane talking points to insert into this clusterf**k."

Etc.

Isn't it fair to say that the advice of people like him will almost certainly lead us into a future very much like the present, oscillating between false peace and heightened tensions, always with Iran playing the antagonist and sponsoring terrorism, never with peace wherever their influence reaches, while all the while they move inexorably towards becoming a nuclear power?

i am gonna miss this lady:
1578698773861.png

1. Williamson proclaimed that Trump could only be defeated with love.
2. Williamson accused Trump of bringing about a “dark psychic force” of “collectivized hatred” in the country.
3. Williamson doubled down on her assertion, telling Breitbart News that she will defeat Trump’s “dark psychic force” with “love.
4. Williamson cited her daughter’s “five gay godfathers” as her most “significant relationship” with the LGBT community.
6. Williamson called Trump’s July 4 celebration “heartbreaking & repugnant.”
7. Williamson rebuked moderate Democrats on the debate stage for stopping short of embracing the idea of “free college.”
8. Williamson spoke in favor of reparations, calling anything less than $100 billion an “insult.”
10. Williamson claimed “an ancient strain of misogyny” was at work to prevent her from participating in more debates.
14. Williamson suggested that violent video games make the world hate America.

i only reposted the truly batshit crazy shit she said.

Bloomberg running would be a gift from God.
It takes the rich white man debate off the table.
The Libs are fine with taking his money to support their position, but they aren't going to vote for him. And the way he doesn't participate in the debates and the preliminary process, like the others are, would make many Dems drop their support "he not really one of them".

I'm pretty sure he is running. He had a couple of terrible commercials during the football contest yesterday.
