Definition of pistol frame/receiver.
I can't seem to find a definition in Federal or state law (MA).
Here is my question:
There are many people that build their own receiver or lower for legal reasons.
Is there any limitation on the simplicity of this part? Lets say a manufacture made a firearm and the frame was a 3" piece of 1/2" angle iron with two 1/4" holes drilled in it. Wouldn't it be genius? Anyone could build their own gun from home depot for less than a dollar and in about 5 minutes then order the rest of the parts online.
Am I missing something?
