DD v Grewal II - DD LEGIO

As of yesterday, Defense Distributed, joined by SAF, FPC and codeisfreespeech.com, have again filed to enjoin Grewal and his absurd and obviously unconstitutional speech crime. This time we have filed in New Jersey where the AG will presumably submit to the court’s jurisdiction. The case is Defense Distributed et al. v. Grewal, No. 3:19-cv-04753 (D.N.J.).

Well, this suddenly got interesting. The NJ AG is claiming they didn't send Coudfire a takedown notice, that it's a forgery. From their tuesday filing with the court:

As noted, we have no reason to believe the Attorney General’s Office filed this takedown notice with Cloudflare, and our investigation thus far demonstrates the office did not do so. We have conferred with all relevant parties within the Attorney General’s Office—including DCJ and the New Jersey State Police—and there is no evidence that anyone within the Office authorized its filing.
Apparently the official looking 'take down notice' was filed from a server in the Slovak Republic.

Isn't that where NJ runs their gov't out of? [devil] [laugh2]

Wait, what??? Didn't they have a press conference about it? Pretty sure the notice was all over the news when they sent it....

Is this going to be Maura's new defense if the NSSF suit gets far enough?

So, if there's no takedown notice, then DD can publish without hindrance, right?
