Deer Butcher - Marlboro/Metrowest

Assuming I get lucky and fill some tags next week, can anyone recommend a good meat cutter?
Marlboro, Metrowest or along 495.

Apparently my mother is a good one. She's happened upon quite a few deer on the road, a few so fresh her car has the front end damage to prove it.
Each time she's hauled it into the back of the van and brought it to a relative's place to butcher it.
