Still trying to wade through MA gun laws. Originally from NH then ME. OMG I can't believe I really moved here.

Is buying C & R weapons mail order with a C & R 03FFL allowed in MA ? Seems like some dealers have a "won't ship to MA" note

Vendors won't ship to MA due to harrassment from the AG's office. If you ever find a vendor that will ship to MA, don't ever talk about it! You wouldn't want to lose the only source that you can find, would you?

Where there's a will, there's a way. Sorry for the cryptic response, but RichM's right. Vendors that ship to MA are like Fight Club. It can be done, though.

Yes, this policy is for ammo vendors that ship to MA, but same deal applies to C+Rs here. Best bet is to get to know some C+R folks in MA and use who they use. There aren't that many that ship to MA, so don't be surprised.
