I've said for years the safest place to be when someone is firing a 50 BMG is directly behind them. Having your brain bouncing around the inside of your skull no maker how minor can't be good for anyone long term. I've had both wrist repaired from years of grinding working on sheet metal work.
Both shoulders due to a lot of repetitive motion recoil from shooting rifles and repetitive motions from reloading unknown amounts of ammo. There's a finite amount of abuse the human body will take then it's damn that hurts time for repairs .
