the problem is he actually wanted to die in a gun fight, which was clearly spelled out in the call, so why send a plain cop to investigate?

My fear is if they started to do a forced take back they would begin it first to homes they knew no one was home, untill people got wise to the tactics

I always wonder why they go and point guns at or get in the face of a person who is suicidal. Leave the guy alone. Seems to me if you do that you're probably the one who is suicidal.
