White House is already talking about the Obama pardons to come shortly.

It would not surprise me to see Obama pardon Lois Lerner, the IRS Commisioner, Gina McCarthy the head of EPA, Hillary, Bill, Abedin, Mills, Eric Holder, Loretta Lynch etc and then resign so Biden can become President and pardon Obama.

Obama has been directly behind too much illegal crap and if Trump appoints special prosecutors, the others are going to squeal on Obama even with pardons as they must then tell the truth. That would implicate him directly in illegal activities he ran out of the White House.

Hillary has already move money to Quatar and Switzerland IF she does not get the pardon. Her and Bill will run for it to Quatar who will not extradite them back to US.

Doesn't someone need.to be charged and convicted before a pardon can be issued? They pardon the conviction, they don't just say someone can't be charged or someone currently under investigation gets to walk.
