cost of compliance testing?

I just curious how much it cost a manufacturer to get a pistol through all the hoops to sell in this state.

Anyone know?

You can expect the testing to cost ~$5K/model + cost of destroyed guns.

Political, consultants, and lawyer costs . . . well, I'll let others guess on that one. Scrivener and Rob Boudrie have some experience here.

I would think at this point it's up there around "priceless" because the AG is so $#@ing arbitrary. Look at what happened with the recent Glock recall and imagine how much taking all those guns back cost. I'd suspect from the non-answers about when the Glocks are coming back that the corporate policy is something like "Fool me once, shame on you. Fool me twice, shame on me."

I don't blame them.
