Gov. Charlie Baker said gun retailers were never deemed essential and was surprised to learn that some gun stores have remained open in Massachusetts despite his executive order closing non-essential businesses during the coronavirus pandemic.

This just happened this afternoon, give them some time to look at it and respond appropriately. They have some very smart legal types working on it as we speak.
