I apologize if this has been answered already. But I didn’t see anything of substance on this topic.

I was looking at CoolFire Trainer

It looks very interesting, but very expensive. Has anyone here used it? If so, how do you like it?

I haven't used it but I know a couple people who have. Their comments seemed to be that it's a fun toy, but not sufficiently worth the money. (Not a lot of cycles per charge. Relatively low recoil.)

Looks like a novelty. Dry fire your carry pistol or get a pellet gun for back yard plinking if you don’t want to go to the range seems like far better options IMO

Thank you. I did see it. He says it cost about a penny a round but he doesn’t say averaged over how many rounds. It looks like the base configuration is about $365 plus about $100 for the laser which starts getting close to the price point of the firearm itself.
