Confussion on CMP and C&R mass registration

After many calls and getting an estate settled about proper registration. I find myself a bit more confused. This regards C&R and CMP. As things progressed about registration it came to. All other sales or transfers must be signed by BOTH parties? Does this mean I have to send a FA 10 to 03 and CMP sales??

No, if you receive a firearm from out of state through any manor (whether with your C&R or from CMP, or going to an out of state FFL and buying it) you check the 'registration' box at the top of the FA-10, not the 'personal transfer' box. You leave the seller information blank, and you only need sign the 'buyer' line.
