AG's office responds to double fatal shooting outside Steeplegate Mall in Concord

No info really other than it took place outside of gym at steeplegate mall and popo are not particularly concerned about threat to others......

This summer we've seen in Concord an influx of a new element.....lots of packs of shambling zombie heroin additcts it appears........just loitering in front of capitol or down by ghetto basket

There have also been a number of stabbings....

This is terrible. I just found out about this today. The shooters sister is heavily involved in the shooting community here in NH and is also involved in the Aiming for Zero charity events dedicated to working to prevent suicide.
