Concealed Carrying Bar Employee Stops Man Who Started Firing Shotgun Inside Bar

They bring up a good point though can the bar get sued for letting a patron be that drunk? I'm assuming he was canned because if you can't hit anything with a shotty at that range you better be drunk

Sorry but that's a terrible point, it's the same thing as trying to sue a gun manufacturer when someone is shot. If allowed at what point is the bar released from culpability of some drunks actions? Is the bar/bartender to be sued next for sexual assault if someone gets drunk, splits and slaps the ass of some smoke show while walking down the sidewalk?

It's bullshit. People are responsible for their own actions, nobody else.

This. No more cupcake nation bullshit

Bartenders are still liable for over serving irregardless of whether you think they are culpable. We hold drunks responsible for plenty of things but apparently deciding how much to drink isn't one. Blame it on MADD.

I don't really place any blame on MADD so to speak, they just felt something should be done and worked towards and achieved their goal. I lay the blame at the feet of the pu**y politicians for making the bartender liable instead of creating harsher sentencing. Last time I checked to be able to belly up to the bar and order a drink the person had to be an adult which insinuates they should be able to make responsible decisions, if they can't they belong at the little kids table with a sippy cup of apple juice.

In my eyes it's the same as that fat sh*t that sued McDonalds for making him fat.
