Went to KTP today to pickup a gun I had on lay-a-way. Filled out the paperwork and waited while they faxed it all in. Well, the fax to accept the return was out of paper. They had no idea what to do next. Finally an hour + later. Somebody showed up and clarified the entire thing. seems somebody in the computer/gun rom couldn't decide what was going on with the transaction numbers and all. aggravating but I got my gun. Usually I have to wait a whole 5 minutes at most.
