I am going to be in CT today and was wondering if I can buy reloading components without a CT permit. If so, anyone know any well stocked shops in the state?

Yes you can without any permits.........

I believe you can.

But other than Hoffman's and Cabelas, I don't know of any places that stock a decent amount of reloading stuff.
