Comm2A is would like to speak with anyone residing outside of Massachusetts who has been convicted of, or plead guilty to, a Massachusetts specific disqualifying misdemeanor offense (i.e. OUI, storage, etc.) in a Massachusetts court.

If you or someone you know fall into this category, please email us at [email protected] or leave a message at (617) 942-0660. DO NOT POST HERE

Separately, we’d also like to speak with anyone who is planning to petition the FLRB or who has recently been granted FLRB relief.
Thanks folks!

why not run some ads in newspapers? Guessing people will come out of the woodwork.

We are looking for people from the MA gun community, not random people - besides, we would have to run ads in out of state newspapers to find what we are looking for :).

Someone should check with anyone that recalls the MasSucKChusetts State Police Case of A young lad from Conn. that was stopped in Bolton afew years ago. The Statz Polizie Agent disregarded the The Federal law on Lawfull Interstate Travel and conducted an Unlawfull Search. From what I understand the kid copped a plea.

I had some dialogue with that kid on another forum.

He was in NON-compliance with FOPA (didn't transport guns/ammo per FOPA).

And IIRC, he had some ammo roll out into plain view in the vehicle (a violation of FOPA) which set things in motion against him.

He ended up lucky not to spend some serious time behind bars, given MA desire to "set examples" about gun control (but only against non-career criminals).

We are really interested in finding people who have lost their rights to a MA misdafelony. Please spread the word if this doesn't apply to you.

Looks like no one gives a damn.

Some do and are willing, and yes some people are afraid to step up. But I suspect even on NES a lot have not seen this post. Also, it is well known to us that a lot of people negatively effected by the gun control insanity in this state gave up and drifted away from the community. They aren't reading NES. That would be like a man with no arms reading Wristwatch Monthly. And a lot of folks who were their friends may not know about their issues because they are embarrassed to discuss past run-ins with the law.

So this is more complicated than "no one gives a damn". It makes Comm2As work more challenging, but we labor on. These folks will find us and we will find them, eventually.

The above is why we're lucky to have Tom and the other Comm2A people. Thank you. Will send money soon.

The purpose of the smart ass remark was to bump the thread.
Then your smart ass comment is welcomed. Know also that most of the time people are smart enough to contact us directly and NOT post here.

Identifying qualified and willing potential plaintiffs is one of the most difficult challenges we have. In many ways it is at least as challenging as raising money.
