Coming Up Aces in Vegas!

This is my 1911 submission to the American Pistolsmith Guild for membership last month at the SHOT show. Lots of little details and tight fitting parts. Finish is a high polish blue on the slide and some parts. Grips are desert ironwood by Cavery Grips. The APG liked it enough to let me in. I hope I live up to their standards.

Congratulations! What stands out to me in that 1911 is the way the rear sight is mounted forward retaining the rear profile of the slide. Excellent!
