If you were Eddie Vedder, Jackson Browne, Rosanne Cash etc? Are you gonna hold a concert in Chelsea? Newark? Maybe in the "hood in Detroit or Chicago, etc etc?... Or would you instead hold em at a nice waterfront park in some lovely, quaint neighborhood.. (preferably next to a Starbucks if at all possible....)
