Sorry in advance if posting in wrong place or already discussed. I did search but saw no answer to my question which is are these Ma legal. I do not see them on the eops list. If I get one on gunbroker from out of state, can it be xfered to a ma ffl and then to me?

I know they have not been produced for years....

For the usual response, as long as it doesn't violate the AWB and has any NFA paperwork (if required), any gun is "MA Legal"

These guns should be old enough that if you can find an FFL to transfer them in, go for it. And if you can find someone on GB to sell it to one of us saps in MA.

Again, someone might be by to correct me.

Keystone is right- most guns are LEGAL in ma. Whether or not a dealer
can transfer a given handgun, though, is another story.

The problem with a typical Colt revolver is that most dealers will only allow it to come in if it is "papered exempt.".

This has all been covered here:

If you have any further questions about this, best idea is to post in that thread, after reading the FAQ.
