College Student With LTC Exchanges Gunfire With Robber

Ten bucks says that if the victim hadn't been shot that the f**king PD there would have tried to charge him with a crime.

The perp will rob again but i guarantee he will look for an easier target, old lady or cripple.

Allegedly the perp shot first, so I bet he would still not have been charged if he was not shot. Although I will definitely agree that being shot helps his case.

Also:
But the perp was 15 years old!!! How on earth did he get a gun???

Another example of why more restrictive gun laws won't solve anything. In many cities/towns in Massachusetts the 21 year old student may likely not have been able to obtain a license to carry a weapon. But the 15 year old criminal can get an illegal weapon in under an hour and can probably afford a nicer gun at that!!!

Nah that would only happen in this Damn Commie state. I can just picture it now, while he's in the hospital that #$nt Coakley opens his door to hospital roomand tells him that he's going to prison and that he should have just turned his back and tried to get back into the house.

you guys are all missing the point if people couldn't legally buy guns then the criminals wouldn't have any place to steal them from so therefor there would be zero gun violence just like in England.

In England, they may low gun violence, but not zero; you can legally own firearm over there, but it has many restrictions. Which is the same case as many other countries, where majority of civilian do not own any firearms, but criminals still get their hands on some, even AK47.

Your statment is probably true (England has lower gun violence), BUT when it comes to overall Violent Crime, they are worse than the US. One of the lovely outcomes of super strict gun control.

Just like when our friend Mr. Rosenthal gets on the radio talking about reducing GUN violence (which his ideas wouldn't even accomplist that end), he never seems to address the issue on how to reduce OVERALL VIOLENT CRIMES.

You guys are forgetting that this is Philadumpia we're talking about here. Philly is full-retard anti gun as it gets. This is a city that is jealous of the level of gun control in NYC and Chicago.
