Besides ceremonial/parade use, I don't think anybody uses the M1 anymore.

I think the oldest rifle still in use is the M14, in its various modernized forms with ground forces and as a mine-sweeper/boarding action rifle by the Navy.

They're used as drill rifles by the Academy and by Tracen Cape May. Honor guard uses springfields, but they have a bunch of Garands for big parades. Sector or District honor guards might use the Garand as well. All of these have been deactivated. No live-fire ones left in the CG.
