10/24/2018 got a call from CMP,"Do you want a surplus 1911?"

February 23 1943 was the shipping date, Ithaca lower Colt slide.

Clean lands and grooves good barrel was probably replaced at sometime.

The only state in the union where the surplus CMP 1911 can’t be sold is Massachusetts.
