Was it Fitchburg that was setting up the fake road-work areas to increase their average citations on Route 2? Doesn't sound like an organization that's built on a strong ethical foundation, IMHO.

That sounds more like an MSP thing, to me...

Neither Fitchburg or Leominster PD really collect citations on rte 2, at all. I've been living between both cities for most of my life, and I've never seen anyone other than MSP pulling traffic cites on rte 2.

If someone told me they got a speeding ticket from Fitchburg PD, I'd probably say something like "Wow, you must've really screwed that
up."

I would wager that MSP probably collects more speed/MV cites on rte 2/rte 12/I190 than both cities PD's do, even combined together.
