ALL firearms listed for sale MUST note that an FFL is required if it is to ship to the buyer (buyer's FFL) or a private party face-to-face transaction (only permitted by Fed law when both buyer and seller live in same state), meeting all applicable state and federal laws.
If you are advertising the sale of any firearms, as an individual you must also comply with the following:
- Statement that any shipments MUST go to a FFL.
- Statement that all Federal and State Laws must be complied with.
- Under MGLs, private citizens can only sell a Maximum of 4 guns/calendar year. NO limit on selling thru an FFL.
- You MUST allow at least a 3-day inspection period for any firearms that are shipped to the buyer, with a right to return it at buyer's expense (shipping both ways), with a full refund of the cost of the item (excluding shipping costs).
- Bumps: NO bumping your message to the top unless at least 7 days have elapsed since the last post/bump. This means 7 days from the last post whether the post was a reply from a prospective buyer or the seller.
Example: An ad posted on the 10th of the month cannot be bumped until the 17th of the same month.
If someone replies to your ad with a "PM Sent", there is no reason to post that you have replied to this PM and this is not allowed.
- Editing: Edit the original ad. If you need to edit your ad, do not add a post to the thread. This includes price changes, the addition of photos, adding or subtracting items from the ad, changing the terms of the sale, trades etc.
- All ad topics must begin with either WTS (Want to Sell), WTT (Want to Trade), WTB (Want to Buy), or Free.
- Place your ad in the proper category and DO NOT post it in multiple categories. If you can't decide where it belongs, ask a Mod.
- All For Sale Ads MUST include a sale price.
- Included in your ad must be at least a general area of your location.
-No links to advertise auctions. Items listed must be for sale/trade.
**For Buyers, Potential Buyers and Lurkers DO NOT bash someone's ad or post irrelevant comments**
All off topic posts will be DELETED.

It would help if the OPs listing something for Sale/Trade/Wanted would do two things when the deal is done!
1. - Edit the original post and put "Sold", "Traded" or "Bought" in the title.
2. - Put a final reply with "Sold", "Traded" or "Bought" in it.
