Depends on the time, but if you've got willing participants, being an A-hole isn't reinforcing the right thing. I've taught my kids tons more by being patient.

YES, I have been in classes where the instructor calls you out and humiliates you for not doing something the way he wanted it done. I have been in classes where at lunch break some students did not return due to the treatment. We are civilians who are paying for training to get skills, it's not the military or special forces training.
