Any idea how to look at old queries once they leave ur inbox after 24hrs? I can do it on IMC but not web

Open fox would be the way to save queries and responses. Anything left in the inbox, sent or deleted box deletes according to agency or cjis policy. Cjis policy is 30 days. To save beyond move the items into saved folder or create a new folder.
Cjis web has no way to save queries. However all queries stored with cjis. If you need something bad enough call cjis noc.

You'd be surprised how often I hear "what's cjis" from MSPs supporting PDs. You doing this in MA?

2 of us are in mass, the rest are VA, and WA. Some new customers we're onboarding required a little more of an investigation than our initial fedramp thing
