Just installed it and am going through the forums with it now, noticing a couple of things, figured I'd share with the class.
1. Holy carp, this is way faster at rendering the page than Firefox 3. But then again, I don't have all the fancy extensions with Chrome, so it could be that. I don't use IE7/8 for general browsing a lot, so I can't tell if it's faster than that browser.
2. When I click "Reply with Quote" on Firefox, the cursor goes to the end of the quote, so you can start typing below the text you're quoting. With Chrome 6, it goes to the beginning, before the quoted text. So that's either awesome (if you like to put the quote at the end) or a PITA (if you like to lead in with the quote).
3. Haven't seen any formatting issues or strangeness with posting, so that all is looking good.
