2-year-old girl could face year in juvenile detention
A 12-year-old girl was hauled from school in handcuffs and charged with a felony for allegedly pointing her fingers in the shape of a gun at classmates in Overland Park, Kansas.

The child was arrested on Sept. 18 after she, “unlawfully and feloniously communicated a threat to commit violence, with the intent to place another, in fear, or with the intent to cause the evacuation, lock down or disruption in regular, ongoing activities,” according to court documents reviewed by the Kansas City Star.

While school officials and authorities have reportedly declined to discuss the case, citing privacy laws, a source familiar with the course of events shared them with the Star.

“The person said that during a class discussion, another student asked the girl, if she could kill five people in the class, who would they be? In response, the girl allegedly pointed her finger pistol — like the ones many children use playing cops and robbers,” the Star reports.

This is just insane. And only one of the reasons I have for detesting all government.

What about the kid who asked the seriously F'd up question in the first place?

Anyway, she should have shown them her imaginary license to carry that imaginary finger gun.

And due to the red flag order, her hands are being amputated and kept in storage until a court decides if she can have them back

I know a teacher who told me a black 4th grader in her class in Springfield walked up to her desk, whipped it out and told her to suck it. He wasn't arrested nor suspended. Thank God we know appropriate punishment, no wonder these kids don't know right from wrong.

Any sane judge : "Are you shitting me ? Get the f*ck out of my court room with that insane shit , and if you bring something like this before me again, expect time for contempt. "
What they will actually get , how knows.

I have relatives who teach in public schools. The verbal abuse against teachers is disgusting. And from what I hear the parents are just as bad.

The horror indeed! That would mean the kid was also using a silencer. With no NFA stamp!

And above all f*** the left and their manipulation of society away from reason. They have no problem breaking a few 12 year old eggs in the pursuit of making a gun control omelette, itself a key part of a perfect socialist breakfast.

The problem with judges, well, er, um, is the judges! And public schools are ruining this country, as they have been since the 60s. I know, I've been in the system teaching in a great school district in MA and another in CA for 36 years. The teachers are nice and dedicated, but the mandates and curriculum are written by psychologists, liberal politicians, and fools.

First things first. I hope Dad channels his inner Houdini and makes any firearms he has at home disappear into thin air before the cops show up to grab them. We all know what happens next with these ERPO "Red Flag" laws!

But That 4th grader was 18 years old, the teacher took one look , and now they are happily married, for 5 years.
And the kid is now in the 6th grade.

Now you know the rest “of the story”.

She wasn't practicing good muzzle discipline with the finger gun. I bet she even had it cocked. Hickok 45 could teach her a thing or two. About Muzzle Discipline.

In all seriousness. It is a blatant threat of violence. And I don't give a f*** that the brat was canned. Have some respect. You are there to learn. Sick of these entitled brats thinking they deserve special treatment.

I have ALWAYS asked how a POLICY can be turned in to breaking the LAW.

She did something that the school doesn’t like. That’s all! How is that turned into an arrest? How does the police get involved to the point where they are actually arresting somebody over a policy violation?
