On my first pass, I read that as "whiTe fatalities..." and I was wondering if it was because all the white folks got smart and moved out of Chicago

I think they need to start a youth marksmanship program because their shot placement skills really suck, and they're wasting too much ammo:

Joliet teen shot twice in less than a month

Joliet police say a 17-year-old girl was shot in the leg for the second time in less than a month.

Malikha Mills was standing near a car talking with some people Tuesday night when 10 or 12 shots rang out, police said. Mills ran for cover but was shot through her right leg, according to Police Cmdr. Brian Benton.
