Rep. Chris Flanagan arrested. What we know.​

According to the indictment, Flanagan allegedly misused funds belonging to the Home Builders & Remodelers Association of Cape Cod, of which he was an executive officer from 2019 to 2024.

The indictment alleges that Flanagan wired a total of $36,000 from HBA's bank account to his personal bank account between November 2021 and January 2023.

The five alleged transactions were made via check deposit and PayPal transfers. One of the transfers was into Flanagan's campaign bank account, the indictment said.

Mmmm. Something's wrong. $36K just isn't worth stealing. Either he's stolen a TON more or it was incompetence as he was comingling funds because he's lazy or stupid.

OTOH, there was this girl that got fired at teh trust co I was working at 35-40 years ago. Over a period of 2 months, she stole $250 or something. Lost her job over less than a week's pay. So maybe this guy is her son or something???? LOL
