Does anyone know if a FFL can purchase a gun from Canada (dealer)? If so, what is the process? It is a shotgun, no AWB or handgun BS, thanks

You can do it but it is likely more of a pain in the ass than it is worth. You would have to find a US based FFL who is in the business of importing firearms, and then go from there. There is likely lots of waiting and fees.
