i'm in a perpetual state of confusion regarding selling ar style rifles in massachusetts, everytime i see a new post, i interpret it a different way. put it simply to me...can i sell an ar rifle i put together myself with a receiver that was in massachusetts, papered, and in my posession, before august of '24? to someone in state? that deadline came and went and i did nothing if you catch my drifting ass. did i mention this old guy looking for the simplified answer is a friend?

There's currently no requirement to do an EFA10 on a private sale, OP, so I'm not real sure how the state would even know what you've sold, legal or not.
