Can I use this on saiga 12 shotgun?

Shotguns:
(D) a semiautomatic shotgun that has at least 2 of--
(i) a folding or telescoping stock;
(ii) a pistol grip that protrudes conspicuously beneath the action of the weapon;
(iii) a fixed magazine capacity in excess of 5 rounds; and
(iv) an ability to accept a detachable magazine.'.

I think the OP is reading this and interpreting as literally being under/attached the the bottom of the reciever. what this is saying is the action is the "ground level" and anything lower than that, regardless of where it's physically attached to on the firearm, is considered to be conspicuously protruding.

It doesn't matter. even if (ii) didn't count (i) and (iv) sure do.

I know that. That's why I ask. Is it beneath the action?

It CLEARLY 'protrudes conspicuously beneath the action of the weapon'

Even if it DIDN'T, the stock is still telescopic, and in itself an evil feature banned by the AWB.

Telescopic stock can be dealt with. Its all about the grip. Thanks.
