Can anyone tell me what's going on on 20m right now?

I went on 20m this morning (14.070) to try to make some PSK31 contacts. My waterfall was a mess though. It's not local, because my other HF rig heard it too, and an SDR in NJ was also picking it up.

Any ideas?

This. Flare is hitting us now and through the weekend. Expect RF disruptions.

Flare hit at the end of August while i was on vacation that made 20M voice unbearable. I was in a rural area and had no noise the first part of the week. Once the flare hit i had S9.
