and now to continue two push their agenda the media is listing all the events where they feel a mass shooting was prevented.

funny, they were notified in Parkland and did nothing. Now what do they want....a gold star...?

We don't need red flag laws for this. This process was always available.

All that will happen now is anti's will make sh#t up against people they know that have guns.

And in this case it they claim:

1 - How did they prove he "had clear plans"? The accuser's word against the cook and they believed the accuser.

2 - He had intent - how did they determine that? Because he had an issue with HR? is that any reason to go full John Rambo? No.

3 - The means - Well yes, if they found all that stuff fin his house then he most certainly had the means. So what. Now they are saying anyone with a lot of guns has plans and intent. I think not.

Anyway, I would be interested to find out how they proved 1 and 2. Because without 1 and 2 the search of his residence is illegal is it not?
