Anyone shoot reloaded ammo from Cabela's? I see the adds for 100/200 rounds in a dry box and while the price seems a little high, its no higher than commercial ammo in the stores.
I know someone who'll be stopping by the Pennsylvania store and was thinking of having them pick me up ammo.

for that price, why buy reloads? Unless it is cheaper in the store, I wouldn't bother. At least then you get some brass with a known history behind it (i.e. once fired)

I don't see the point. One of the guys that does good reloads is M+M reloads
that shows up at some of the gun shows. Best idea is to find him at one
of the NH shows and buy whatever you need there, you'll save the tax at
the same time, too. I don't know if he does rifle ammo, though. I've had
very few problems with both his lead and copper plated stuff.

Edit: One other thing to remember, is I believe that PA has a sales tax of like 6.7 pct or
something like that.... I know it is higher than MA's is. So that might also skew the price
of the ammo a bit, too.
