Let's say they don't even go confiscation, and instead go some sort of "eminent domain" route where they say they'll pay you 10X what the cost was. Even in that case you'd be a fool to give them up.

California was the intended victim of the illegal alien amnesty law in the 80's. This one up now is to do the same to Texas. Texas can not fall. Write your elected officials to let them know you do not want an amnesty law to be passed. Secure the borders now!
